The NME: “The rootsy acoustic scrapes, sneaker-shuffling rhythms, echo-slung vocals – all Beta trademarks. Formed at Edinburgh School of Art, east London-based Django Django released their self-titled debut album in January 2012. Their sound fuses psychedelia, art-pop, electronica with traditional instrumentation. The Guardian said: “It’s quite tricky to explain quite what it is that Django Django do, which is good, because it suggests they're doing something a little bit different.”
