The Guardian: "Him & Her rings true, it's funny, sexy, a wee bit rude, and utterly charming. It may also be the nicest thing on the telly right now."
Him & Her is an odd creation, on the one hand it's sleazy, filthy and crude, but on the other hand, most critics agree it has a heart of gold, superb writing and the feel of a Samuel Beckett play. It's a strange concoction, but the result is a warm and witty comedy with fantastic performances from the two leads, Sarah Solemani and Russell Tovey. The chemistry between the protagonists is obvious, the situations all ring painfully true for apathetic, unemployed twenty somethings and Stefan Golaszewski proves he can write just as well for television as he does for his own, five star, one man plays.
