Terms of Service - the legal stuff

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the London Festival Fringe website and services provided by London Festival Fringe. You represent and warrant to London Festival Fringe that you will use this website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by London Festival Fringe at any time.

Event/Events refers to any activity in the Art Rocks programme arranged by London Festival Fringe
Member refers to any person registered with Art Rocks
Membership refers to Art Rocks Membership

Company, Us, Our and We refers to London Festival Fringe

Service refers to services provided by London Festival Fringe

 

London Festival Fringe and Art Rocks are trading names of Bear Storm Ltd, a limited company registered in England & Wales. Company No. 08341169.

Membership

All Art Rocks events during a membership period are free to members. By becoming a member or signing up for any Art Rocks event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

London Festival Fringe reserves the right to terminate membership without notice or refund if any of these Terms of Service are not observed.

Events

As a member you must register yourself and any guests in advance to attend an Art Rocks event. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Because numbers are limitied membership does not guarantee access to any Art Rocks event.

If you have signed up for a Art Rocks event and you or your registered guest/s cannot attend, you must let us know at least 3 full working days, from Monday to Friday, in advance of the event.

You are responsible for arriving at events on time. If you are late there is nothing we can do and we cannot give you another event instead.

Event Cancellations, Reschedules and Adjustments

If for any reason an event is cancelled we will try to let you know at least 3 working days before. If an event is rescheduled we will try and notify you at least 3 working days before.

It may sometimes be unavoidable to adjust an event in format or content and we accept no liablity or responsibility if this is the case. We will of course endeavour to contact you before.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever in connection with the cancellation, rescheduling or adjusting of events.

Payment

London Festival Fringe reserves the right to change the cost of membership, payment or event structure in any way and at any time. Membership is not valid until payment is received.

Refunds

We're sorry but London Festival Fringe cannot do refunds.

Liability and Responsibility for Events

London Festival Fringe arranges access to Events organised by third parties. As such, London Festival Fringe is not responsible and accepts no liability in any way for the actions or personal safety of you or your personal belongings at London Festival Fringe events. You attend Events at your own risk.

London Festival Fringe is in no way liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages or for any loss of profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect).

Content and Service

You understand and agree that we cannot be responsible for the Content posted on this site and you nonetheless use the site at your own risk.

The site's service makes it possible to post images and text. This use is accepted, however, pages on other websites which display data hosted on this site must provide a link back to this site.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the site's service for any reason, without notice at any time.

Copyright

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the site. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws.

London Festival Fringe will not share, distribute or sell any personal information provided by anyone registered with us to any third parties.

“Personal Information” means all information about an identifiable individual. The Company collects personal information from you in order for you to participate fully on this site. We do not share any personal information with third parties.

We recognize our professional obligation to maintain the confidentiality of our clients’ information, and recognize our obligations concerning the personal information of all individuals that we collect, use or disclose in our practice. This policy has been developed with those obligations in mind.
