The London Fringe site runs all year and is available for you to promote your shows and sell tickets. During August this site had almost 18,000 page views and around 4,500 visits weekly, see site stats.
If you submit a show or event:
- you will have your own show page to direct people to. Here is an example of a show page and the form you fill in.
- your events will be listed on the front page to help promote them if they are scheduled in a venue or site. Here is an example of the form you use to enter your events. You will be able to edit each event at any time.
- you will be able to sell tickets from this site and from WeGotTickets.com. We do not make a charge or take a commission on ticket sales made from this site. Here's what you need to do to sell tickets.
Submitting a show costs just £ each, and lists your show to the end of the Festival in 2011. You can submit as many shows and events as you like. Please click the PayPal button to the right. After your payment you will be returned to this site and will be able to enter your show details.
Please note:
- we can only list events in the right column on the front page that have a venue or site. This is so people visiting the site know there is something to see.
This helps promote your events.
- Your show page will still be available for you to add events to the end of the Festival in 2011.
- the London Fringe organisation markets and promotes the event as a whole and is not responsible for finding artists and performers venues.
- we do as much as we can to promote your show and events, but circumstances change and we may need to change the way we list your shows and your events.
- we are sorry, but we keep the fee low so we cannot offer refunds.
- this is a fee for online shows and listings only. We do not print programmes as they are expensive to design, print and distribute, with little return by way of ticket sales. The website promotes your show and event/s to the many visitors. The fee does not include any advertising on this website.
- we reserve the right to refuse submissions if they break any laws. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
A brief note on performing/showing in the London Fringe
The way the London Fringe works is that all participants deal direct with venues. The London Fringe organisation does not take part in this and has no responsibility for what goes on between the participant and the venue.
Only shows with events/performances are listed on the front page of the site. This is so people visiting the site know there is something on they can see.
Please contact the venue to discuss your requirements. Your box office and the fee you pay the venue, if any, is entirely between you and the venue.
If your venue is not listed please let us know and we will include it on site. We'll put a map link to the venue, too.
There is more detail here on the help page.
